1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Persocode (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Persocode provides a free personality assessment based on the Big Five model of personality psychology. The test consists of 60 questions and produces a personality profile across five trait dimensions.

Results are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

• You may take the test without creating an account.
• To save your results, you can create an account using your email address or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

4. Premium Reports

• Premium reports are one-time purchases at the price displayed at checkout ($9 USD at the time of writing).
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Whop.com.
• Premium reports are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) based on your trait percentages and are unique to your profile.
• Reports are delivered digitally and available immediately after purchase from your results page.
• Refund policy: if you are unsatisfied with your premium report, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or promotions.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Persocode — including type descriptions, personality profiles, page designs, illustrations, and branding — is original work and protected by copyright. The personality type names (Navigator, Catalyst, Beacon, etc.) and family names (Innovators, Dreamers, Operators, Anchors) are proprietary to Persocode.

Test questions are derived from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), a public-domain instrument, and have been rewritten for clarity and originality.

Your personality results and premium reports are yours. You may share them freely.

7. AI-Generated Content

Premium reports are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design the prompts to produce accurate and helpful content, AI-generated text may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Reports should be read as personality insights, not professional assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any decisions made based on your test results or premium reports.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
